Project Manager

We are a multinational company in Beer-Sheva seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This includes creating project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results within budget.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Biometric passport (for foreign employees)

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle
- Oversee budget allocation and control costs throughout the project
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Provide regular reports on project status, including milestones achieved, budget spent, and risks identified.
