Floral Designer and Arranger


We are a thriving flower shop located in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team. As our primary floral designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your artistic eye and attention to detail will be essential in designing unique and visually appealing arrangements that meet the specific preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements using various types of flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences for custom arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies to ensure availability for orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer modern and innovative designs to customers
- Handle all aspects of the design process from ordering flowers to arranging them in vases or containers
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a floral designer or relevant experience in a related field
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how to combine them effectively
- Strong artistic abilities with an eye for detail and color coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others in a team setting

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Albena, Bulgaria (Visa sponsorship available)

Please note that this position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Students looking for part-time work are also welcome.
