Information Security Analyst (Contract)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan


We are currently seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect our company's data and systems from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT team to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any weaknesses or vulnerabilities in our systems
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data and assets
- Monitor network traffic for any unusual activity or potential security breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices
- Educate employees on information security policies and best practices
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security analysis or a similar role
- Knowledge of industry-standard security protocols, tools, and technologies (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate employees at all levels about information security best practices

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. The successful candidate must have their own visa for employment in Pakistan. Accommodations will not be provided.
