Machine Operator


We are searching for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery. Your duties will include inspecting finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and troubleshooting issues with equipment. You must have excellent technical skills and be able to read blueprints and schematics. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery to produce parts or products
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make adjustments as needed
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure correct settings and measurements
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep detailed records of production runs and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of machinery operations and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work full-time with accommodation provided if desired
