Industrial Architect
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your primary goal will be to create functional, safe, and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create design concepts that meet their needs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning
- Create detailed 2D and 3D plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1100 per month.

Note: This position is open to candidates from all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about industrial architecture and have a strong drive to learn and grow within our company.
