Commercial Architect - Contract Position (Preference for Female Candidates)

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Commercial Architect to join our team in Alta on a contract basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable designs that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications for commercial building projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into design solutions
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Oversee the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in architecture technology and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred
- Preference for female candidates

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Alta (preference for candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Alta)
