Project Manager
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while providing effective communication to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans including timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate project updates and status reports to all stakeholders
- Coordinate project team members and assign tasks
- Manage project risks and issues as they arise
- Ensure quality control by reviewing deliverables before they are submitted to clients
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks or issues
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable)
