Florist - Las Vegas


We are seeking a creative and experienced Florist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the flower shop.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client's requests and preferences
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, including ordering new stock as needed
- Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Assist customers with selecting the perfect arrangement for their occasion
- Manage the overall appearance of the flower shop, including organizing displays and maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with event planners or wedding coordinators to provide floral arrangements for special events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and offer innovative designs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, colors, and arrangements suitable for various occasions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with other benefits.
