Job Title: Senior JAVA Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Oslo. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JAVA development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Java technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and provide technical expertise
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in software development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles
- Experience with Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate ORM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
