Land Surveyor


A reputable construction company in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact locations, elevations, and boundaries of land or structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying and be familiar with relevant technology and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using various measurement equipment
- Record measurements and other data obtained during surveys
- Prepare accurate maps, diagrams, and reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Use advanced technology such as GPS equipment and GIS software to assist in surveying tasks
- Ensure that all surveying work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Familiarity with GPS equipment and GIS software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Kuwait. Applicants from Pakistan are preferred.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this role.
