We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes and other finishes to enhance and protect various surfaces. This is a contract job with flexible hours and no experience is required. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Ensure proper ventilation in work areas
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Follow safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling or reaching overhead
- Good communication skills in English or Russian

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
