Job Title: Caregiver (Contract) - Funchal, Portugal



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities due to illness, injury, or aging.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication as prescribed by the client's physician
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects if required
- Valid first aid/CPR certification preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This role is based in Funchal, Portugal. However, we welcome caregivers of all nationalities.

Accommodation:
