Senior Architect



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
- Create detailed plans, designs, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they adhere to established timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects
- Review code compliance of designs and ensure all necessary permits are obtained

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month
