Junior Barista - Coffee Shop Assistant (US)



We are hiring a passionate and dedicated Junior Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in the US. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages for our customers. This is an entry-level position perfect for candidates with no prior experience in the coffee industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and prepare coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings as needed
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in the US

Salary: $1000 per month
