Skilled Handyman


We are in need of a skilled handyman to join our team in Dickirch. As a handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks in our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome applicants from different nationalities and no English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
- Repair or replace broken or faulty fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Paint walls and touch up any damaged areas
- Install and maintain flooring, tiles, and grout
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and materials needed for repairs
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Good knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Additional vocational training or certification in relevant fields is an advantage
