IT Manager - Visa Sponsorship

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an Egyptian national, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship provided.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with other department heads to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or new solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, operating systems, databases, and programming languages
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
