Restaurant Manager - Malayalees Only


We are a well-established restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager. As a Malayalee, you will have an advantage in understanding the culture and preferences of our customers. We are looking for a candidate who is able to effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with strong knowledge of Malayalee cuisine
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free) + accommodation + transportation + visa sponsorship
