Data Mining Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Mining Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Kenya. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and extracting valuable insights to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify data needs and develop strategies for data collection, cleansing, and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract patterns and trends from large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop effective solutions
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage large datasets
- Use statistical models and algorithms to analyze data and identify key insights
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and make improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data mining
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Kenya (no English language requirement)

Employment Type: Full-time (without accommodation)
