Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a specialist in data analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and patterns for our company.

Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to the team
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Develop strategies for data collection, organization, and storage
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions for data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other statistical software tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms
