Machine Operator



The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment. They will be based in Al Ahmadi and will work on a contract basis with a salary of 1000$. This position is suitable for Kenyans who have experience in machine operation and are looking for an opportunity to work abroad.

Responsibilities:

- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running and proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Operate various types of machinery including lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a machine operator is required
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CNC machines
- Ability to speak English is preferred but not required
