Contract Machine Operator (Isa Town, Bahrain)

We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility. You should have a strong understanding of machine operations and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or discrepancies
- Ensure machines are kept clean and well-maintained for optimal performance
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of machine operations and mechanics
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or other technical documents
- Basic math skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
