Entry-level Machine Operator



We are currently hiring for an Entry-level Machine Operator to join our team in Isa Town. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery according to company standards and procedures
- Ensure the proper setup and calibration of machines
- Inspect materials for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in materials
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if necessary
