We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Oslo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to meet the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including upgrades and patches
- Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee the implementation of new technology solutions
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage projects effectively
- Strong communication skills

This position offers a salary of $1400 per month. While experience is preferred, we welcome applicants without experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
