Mason Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of masons in their daily tasks
- Ensure that all masonry work is done according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain records of materials used and work progress
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished work
- Communicate any issues or concerns to project managers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of different masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual labor

Preferred qualifications:
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Africa and Kenya
