Mason Supervisor (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a growing construction company based in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals who have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee a team of masons to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints or other project plans
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Train and mentor new masons as needed
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a mason in the construction industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Ability to read blueprints or project plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Experience working with different types of materials (brick, stone, concrete)
