Sales Manager - Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Manage and train a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Travel as needed to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is an advantage but not required
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Jerusalem
