Senior Software Developer



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining complex software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be involved in leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
- Continuously improve existing codebase by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing priorities, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Proven experience with various programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is not a remote position and does not include accommodation.
