Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Braga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure software applications as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring or complex problems and develop solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role or strong understanding of computer systems maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a biometric passport

Salary:
Starting at 1800$ per month (based on experience)

Location:
Braga (no accommodation provided)

Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
