Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds these targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development decisions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours that can also accommodate students.
