Part-time Computer Support Specialist


We are a growing tech company located in Bergen, and we are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Assist with network setup and maintenance
- Keep track of support requests and provide timely updates to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of 1400$. Salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked.

Location:
The position is located in Bergen. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Norway.

Additional Information:
This is an entry-level position that does not require any prior experience in the tech industry. However, candidates with previous customer service or technical support experience will be preferred.

We do not offer accommodation or visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Bergen.
