Computer Support Specialist


We are a growing computer support company based in Bergen, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to provide effective solutions to our clients' IT issues.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and improve processes
- Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Strong time management skills
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen (no accommodation provided)
