As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal employees. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and providing training and guidance to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal employees
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain computer systems
- Install and configure software applications
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems effectively
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep track of inventory for hardware, software, and other equipment
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
