We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali Chef to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Nepali dishes, as well as managing the kitchen staff and overseeing food preparation. Your main goal will be to provide our customers with an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional Nepali dishes
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with management to create new menus or specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns about menu items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a Nepali restaurant
- Knowledge of traditional Nepali cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively train new staff members and collaborate with management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards for food preparation

Salary: 1700$ per month
