JAVA Developer (Svalbard)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Svalbard. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining complex applications using JAVA technologies. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Additional Preferences:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Knowledge of mobile application development for Android or iOS platforms
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Svalbard, however remote work options may be available for highly qualified candidates.
