Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including but not limited to production machines, packaging machines, and assembly lines. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure smooth production processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours and have the ability to follow safety protocols. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor operations and adjust machine settings as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary repairs
- Ensure product quality by conducting regular checks and making adjustments as needed
- Keep track of materials used and report any shortages or issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under pressure
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends if needed

Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation
