Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Develop design concepts that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals
- Conduct research on local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Oversee the implementation of design plans during construction phase
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1700$

Location: Ashdod (Open to all nationalities)

Note: This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa/work permit for Israel.
