We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes, as well as adapting them to local tastes and ingredients. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of Indian cuisine will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have an authentic dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring a variety of authentic Indian dishes
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Adapt recipes to incorporate local ingredients while maintaining the authenticity of the dish
- Ensure that all food is cooked and presented according to established standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking techniques, and regional variations
- Ability to adapt recipes to incorporate local ingredients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Other benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
