We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing organization in Shan, Myanmar. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are motivated, productive, and meeting their targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set clear goals and targets for team members and provide regular feedback on their performance.
- Monitor team members' workloads, deadlines, and quality of work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop training plans to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
