Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking events, trade shows, and cold calling
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments of the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Negotiate contracts with clients, including room rates, event packages, and other services
- Maintain an organized database of clients and contacts for future sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in using CRM software is preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the first three months. The company also offers a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
