Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling products, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main goal will be to drive sales and meet or exceed targets set by the company. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-maintained and stocked with products.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. You must also have a strong understanding of the products being sold in order to effectively answer any customer questions or concerns. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
- Strong understanding of the products being sold
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa (sponsorship not provided)
- Must be able to work on weekends

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Salalah, Oman
