Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, software, and hardware. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, install and configure new equipment, and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems, software, and hardware
- Perform system maintenance and updates
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions
- Train clients on how to use new equipment and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in computer support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1600$ per month
