We are hiring an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a computer support specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Train clients on how to use new technology
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with computers or basic knowledge of computer systems required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
