Plasterer

As a Plasterer at our construction company in Faisalabad, your main responsibility will be to apply plaster and other finishing materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings. You will be expected to have prior experience in the field and be able to read blueprints and follow specific instructions for each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them, applying bonding agents or installing metal lath
- Mix plaster materials and apply them to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Create decorative finishes by using various techniques such as texturing or stenciling
- Repair damaged plaster or drywall, including filling holes and cracks
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by sanding or polishing surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines at all times when working with potentially hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering for residential or commercial buildings
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specific instructions for each project
- Familiarity with different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and sanders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$, with the opportunity for growth based on performance.
