Architectural Designer (Lisbon, Portugal)


We are in search of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to design and create functional and aesthetically appealing building structures. You will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans using specialized software, as well as conducting site visits and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of architecture principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience working on architectural projects is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for building design
- Create detailed drawings and plans using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on architectural projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal is preferred
