Junior Architectural Designer - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to construction. This is a contract position without accommodation, open to candidates with or without a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop project concepts and designs
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and/or Revit software
- Assist with site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance and efficiency in design
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Support the project team in all phases of the design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to coordinate project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit software
- Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position. The salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Lisbon, Portugal - a vibrant city known for its beautiful architecture, rich culture, and delicious cuisine. While we do not provide accommodation for this role, we will happily assist you in finding suitable housing options.
