Office Manager

We are seeking a highly-skilled and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Faro. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team. They will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a positive work environment. The Office Manager will also handle scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month without accommodation. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a passion for creating an efficient work environment, we would love to hear from you! Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in both English and Portuguese.
