Architecture Manager - Bergen, Norway
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers on various projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all designs meet client requirements and local building codes
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect with a focus on project management
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural design software
Salary: $1700 per month
