Part Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Bergen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

As the Part Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring quality control and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your main duties will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans
- Leading a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Communicating effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically are also essential for this role.
