Office Manager for a Multinational Company in Triesen
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our multinational company in Triesen. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies to improve overall productivity.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists and secretaries.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support, such as processing leave requests or updating employee records.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all company documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
- Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for the office.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a multinational company.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in budget management is a plus.
We are looking for a skilled Office Manager who is fluent in English. Filipino candidates with relevant experience are preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$.
