Office Manager (Part-Time) in Funchal, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an office manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the daily activities of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and organizing inventory
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for budgeting purposes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and accommodations
- Monitor office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as the point of contact between employees and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this part-time position. We also provide free visa processing assistance for non-EU nationals who require it, as well as covering the cost of your flight ticket to Funchal.
